ORDERING AND DELIVERY

We are offering our Giclee pet art reproductions in 8x10 size on canvas, either mounted and ready for framing, or set in either of our beautiful solid wood frames of your choice. We have made it easy to see all the images in either of the two offered frames. Our catalog of whimsical artistic pets is constantly increasing, so please check the site occasionally for new whimsical pet introductions.

Customers ordering any of the images seen in the gallery should expect shipment within 10 days. All orders for mounted and unframed images only will be shipped via US Mail, First Class, while orders involving framed images will be shipped via UPS Ground. Special arrangements must be made to ship goods in any other manner.

Please note that there could be an occasional delay due to availability of frames since we import them all from the Far East. If there is going to be a significant delay we will notify you at the address given or by e-mail if such address has been provided.

We encourage the public to place orders with us by employing Verisign Services, the most outstanding firm in the field of secure communications, to handle all our credit card transactions. Your financial information is always secure as it is our goal to simply provide wonderful quality products at the lowest possible price. However, should any customer desire to pay by check or in some other manner, they should make such request to us directly.

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If there should be any damage in shipment, please notify us right away so that the carrier may be advised. In such case we will replace the goods in question upon receipt of the damaged items.
